I tired to send my mom flowers. Asked to look at a book of arrangements and was told they don't bring it out because they don't have the correct materials and flowers to make the arrangements. I was told to go look around and see what I like and they can put them in a vase for me. WHAT??? isn't the job of a florist to help customers decide and suggest what to send someone?
