  I am not the type of person that writes reviews unless I have had a really bad experience.
  A weekend ago, I called Denny's for their takeout. The person who answered the phone was pretty rude. They told me that they couldn't take our oder because they were "swamped" and hung up. I understand if they were busy. "I am sorry sir, we are busy. I can still take your oder but it will be a while for it to be ready," would've been a lot better. On Tuesday, we decided to eat there. We waited 15-20 minutes and they didn't even acknowledge us. We saw how people came in after us and right away they got water and were attended. I spoke with manager and he replied with a simple, "okay".
  
  A nice place we used to enjoy with our family, has gone downhill.

  Every time we come to Denny's. the food is cold. Service was great. But you can't enjoy your time if your food is always cold. It's always busy you would think management would staff better so the food came out warm. Guess not.
